Antiqued Poinsettia Tags

Antiqued Poinsettia Gift Tags
Simple and so elegant - what a great topper to any holiday gift! Poinsettias, from Watercolor Winter, stamped in Early Espresso and sponged with Crumb Cake ink create an antiqued look, especially when accented with the incredible chunky Champagne Stampin' Glitter from Stampin' Up!

The tags were all made using the Apothecary Accents Framelit Die. It has the greatest shapes and each tag can be completely different.

This one uses the smallest framelit from that set. I stamped a poinsettia in the center with Crumb Cake ink, then sponged the edges of the tag using Crumb Cake again.

These two tags are using the larger framelits, and tho' it's hard to tell in these pictures, under the ribbon and tulle is where the wonderful curves of the tag are! See how I created them below.

Here are my tags - all created with the Apothecary Framelits.
They can be created any length by using the method below.

Cut a strip of card stock just a bit narrower than the part of the Framelit you'd like to use.  The top edge goes under the Framelit, the lower edge goes over the top of the Framelit. When using the Big Shot! just roll it passed where you want it cut and back again. Do not go over the lower edge.

And this little Framelit can be cut like this to make the cutest little tag ever!
